‘Sleep Driving' is not recommended

Note to self and others:

When you feel so tired when driving, pull over and stop in a safe place. Breathe. Assess what your body needs. Pay attention. Remember your body is shutting down your thinking ability - not all systems are working effectively.

Take the time, to love yourself and ask yourself: Do I need?

  • A little sleep

  • Fresh air

  • To stretch and move my body

  • To meditate

  • A drink of water

  • Something to eat

  • To phone for someone to come for me

  • Essential oils for fatigue and to boost energy: Basil, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Peppermint, Orange, Rosemary - keep what works for you best or a blend in your car (If pregnant consult your specialist)

  • Think about your strategy - your action plan

  • What steps will you take when you are planning to drive and you are tired?

  • What beliefs are stopping you making the right decision?
